Picerne Military Housing was formed to partner with the U.S. military in order to address the challenges of providing safe, quality, affordable housing for America's military families. Picerne Military Housing is comprised of affiliated real estate development, construction and property management companies that are part of the Picerne Real Estate Group, a national family of real estate businesses founded in 1925.

In 2001, Picerne Military Housing was selected by the U.S. Army to privatize family housing at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. We have proven our ability to be a successful partner since taking over responsibility for family housing in May 2002.

Placing Families First is what we do. It’s our mission. Developing family-friendly communities is our passion.
